What the partnership includes

Application: Free. No payment details are collected here.
If accepted: A one-time $5,000 onboarding fee is due after contract alignment and before Studio Formation. It is refunded if Wavelaunch does not bring the brand to commercial launch for any reason.
Wavelaunch brings: A guaranteed $250K commitment in non-cash resources and execution across product, manufacturing, brand, launch, and distribution.
You keep: 100% of the equity and IP. Wavelaunch receives 25% of net profits for the first 24 months after launch.

I understand the $5,000 onboarding fee is due only if I am accepted, the contract is aligned, and I choose to proceed, and is refunded if Wavelaunch does not bring the brand to commercial launch for any reason.
